What is Sentinel GPT?
Sentinel GPT is an AI-powered assistant designed for legal professionals, investigators, and business users. It offers specialized modes for legal research, interview preparation, and report writing, plus general AI assistance and document analysis.
Do I need an account to use Sentinel GPT?
You can try the General mode with 10 free messages/day without an account. For access to specialized modes (Legal Assistant, Interview Prep, Report Writing), document uploads, and chat history, create a free Starter account.
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" or visit /register. You can sign up with your email address or use Google/Microsoft single sign-on. Account creation is free and unlocks Starter tier benefits.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! The Sentinel GPT mobile app is available on Android via Google Play. It includes all features based on your subscription tier. iOS version coming soon.

What are the pricing tiers?
We offer four tiers: Free (no account, 10 messages/day), Starter (free with account, 100 messages/day), Pro ($29/month, 1,000 messages/day), and Enterprise ($99/month, unlimited). See our pricing page for full details.
Is Starter really free?
Yes! Starter is completely free with a registered account. You get 100 messages/day, 10 document uploads/month, access to all specialized modes, and 30 days of chat history.
What's included in the Pro plan?
Pro ($29/month) includes 1,000 messages/day, 100 document uploads/month (50MB each), 365 days of history retention, priority support with 12-24hr response, and chat support during business hours.
What does Enterprise include?
Enterprise ($99/month) offers unlimited messages, unlimited document uploads, permanent history retention, 24/7 priority support, dedicated account manager, phone/video support, API access, and custom integrations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly and pay only the prorated difference. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers through our secure payment processor Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer partial refunds for cancelled subscriptions. You retain access until the end of your billing period. For billing issues, contact support@globalaisentinel.com.

What specialized modes are available?
Beyond General mode, we offer: Legal Assistant (document analysis, case research), Interview Prep (witness interviews, depositions, interrogations), and Report Writing (professional reports from notes/data). All require Starter or higher.
What is Legal Assistant mode?
Legal Assistant helps with legal document analysis, statutory interpretation, case law research, and legal writing. Important: This is for informational purposes only and is NOT legal advice. Always consult a licensed attorney.
How does Interview Prep mode work?
Interview Prep helps you prepare questions for witness interviews, identify potential inconsistencies, develop follow-up strategies, and structure deposition or interrogation sessions. Ideal for investigators, attorneys, and HR professionals.
What is Report Writing mode?
Report Writing generates professional documents from your notes, interviews, or raw data. It includes templates for incident reports, investigation summaries, and business documents. Great for law enforcement, investigators, and compliance professionals.
What file types can I upload?
We support PDF, DOCX, and TXT files. Max file size is 10MB for Starter, 50MB for Pro and Enterprise. Documents are analyzed by AI for context in your conversations.
How long is my chat history saved?
History retention varies by plan: Free has no history, Starter saves 30 days, Pro saves 365 days, and Enterprise saves history indefinitely. You can export your history anytime.
Can I export my conversations?
Yes! All paid tiers can export chat history in JSON or TXT format. Look for the export button in your conversation history.

Account & Billing
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send a reset link. Links expire after 1 hour for security.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Account Settings > Billing to update your credit card or payment method. Changes take effect immediately.
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired card, or fraud protection by your bank. Try updating your payment method or contact your bank to authorize the charge.
When do message limits reset?
Message limits reset daily at midnight UTC. The counter starts fresh each day regardless of when you used your previous messages.
Can I have multiple users on one account?
Currently, accounts are individual. Enterprise plans include multi-user support with centralized billing and role-based permissions. Contact us for team pricing.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@globalaisentinel.com to request account deletion. We'll remove your data within 30 days as required by GDPR/CCPA.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Our infrastructure follows enterprise security best practices and undergoes regular security reviews.
Are my conversations private?
Your conversations are private to your account. We don't share, sell, or use your data for advertising. Conversations are used only to provide the service.
What compliance standards do you follow?
We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and implement security controls suitable for handling sensitive professional data.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can export your chat history anytime. For full data deletion, contact support@globalaisentinel.com and we'll process your request within 30 days.
Do you train AI on my data?
Your conversations are not used to train our AI models. We use leading AI providers with data processing agreements that prohibit training on customer data.
How do you handle uploaded documents?
Uploaded documents are encrypted, processed for AI analysis, and stored securely. They're only accessible by your account and can be deleted at any time.

The app isn't loading. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. Check status.sentinelgpt.ai for any service issues. If problems persist, contact support.
Why are my messages not sending?
Check your internet connection first. If you're seeing rate limit errors, you may have reached your daily message limit. Enterprise users should never see limits.
My document upload failed. Help!
Ensure your file is PDF, DOCX, or TXT and under the size limit (10MB Starter, 50MB Pro/Enterprise). Try re-uploading. Some PDFs with complex formatting may need to be converted.
How do I contact support?
Email support@globalaisentinel.com with your account email and issue description. Response times: Free 48-72hr, Starter 24-48hr, Pro 12-24hr, Enterprise priority 24/7.
Is there a status page?
Yes! Check status.sentinelgpt.ai for real-time service status and any ongoing incidents.
I found a security vulnerability. Where do I report it?
